*To ensure that your aircraft can benefit from the product flyaway scenario replacement service (Flyaway), please link your DJI account and device to the aircraft in advance via the app. The Flyaway replacement service cannot be used if the account or device is not reserved before the flyaway incident occurs.

For an additional replacement fee, you can replace your damaged product in the event of an accident. Replacement products are brand new or equivalent to brand new products in performance and reliability.
Save time with Express service
Express service is an option, which allows you to skip the damage assessment and quote process. A DJI service center will send you the replacement product once it receives your product.
