Warranty Terms for COPTERS.GR
Conditions for Warranty Recognition:
The products, based on the trade name, code, and unique serial number SN, have a warranty within the specified period for each individual item. The warranty period is calculated from the date of invoicing for each individual product. The warranty service is provided free of charge at the supplier's location during working days. Returns will be made with the repair of the product within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from receipt at the service center, as required by law. The non-operational time extends the warranty period accordingly and starts from the time of registration at the service until the product is ready for normal use and when the user is notified of the shipment of the product.
The warranty for products is 24 (twenty-four) months with a simple receipt and 12 (twelve) months with an invoice from the date of issue. Regarding batteries, their warranty is 3 (three) months.
The warranty for the battery is void when:
- The battery's software does not connect with that of the drone
- There is a difference between the cells greater than 0.1V
- The voltage of the battery is lower than 3.10V per cell or higher than 4.2V per cell
The consumer's right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, according to the decree for consumer protection for the conclusion and execution of distance contracts, applies only to products delivered by courier.
The warranty does not cover any damages or defects caused by non-compliance with the conditions of transport, storage, operation, maintenance, improper handling, collision or impact with products, accidents, electrical, mechanical, and thermal shocks. It also does not cover damages resulting from high levels of impurities, liquid ingress, exposure to fire, inadequate ventilation, carelessness, or misuse of the products, excessive exposure to moisture, abnormal application or misuse, or the use of defective connecting devices or cables—defective, torn, glued, or short-circuited. Additional interventions on the products, regardless of their nature, by an unauthorized person not authorized in writing by the supplier or changing the serial number on the warranty card.
COPTERS.GR assumes no responsibility and does not provide a warranty in the following cases:
- Defective or damaged aircraft/drones due to incorrect assembly by the customer of aircraft, components, and accessories.
- Defective or damaged aircraft/drones, components, and accessories due to the use of inappropriate batteries.
- Defective or damaged aircraft/drones, components, and accessories due to product management errors.
- Defective or damaged aircraft/drones, components, and accessories due to non-compliance with the operating instructions.
- Defective or damaged aircraft/drones, components, and accessories due to the use of non-genuine or incompatible spare parts.
- Defective or damaged aircraft/drones, components, and accessories as a result of natural disasters, fires, floods, lightning, and electric shock.
- Defective or damaged aircraft/drones, components, and accessories as a result of repairs and/or interventions by the user and other unauthorized personnel.
For your warranty to be valid, the warranty card must be presented in the original along with the purchase invoice and/or receipt. The product must be accompanied by all components with which you received it.
The warranty is void if any traces of food, liquids, or foreign objects are found inside the products. The Supplier is not liable for any damage to the product, loss of information or data, and any damages that the Buyer may suffer as a result of these losses. Claims must be made orally or in writing. Regardless of the commercial warranty, the seller is responsible for the non-compliance of consumer goods with the sales contract based on the warranty according to Articles 112-115 of the consumer protection legislation.
No warranty is provided if the warranty documents are not presented, have been damaged/modified, or are unreadable. The loss of the warranty card may result in the loss of the warranty. We recommend that you keep the original packaging to ensure the integrity of the product during transport. Products without warranty labels or seals, intact or defective due to improper handling and storage, including but not limited to: cracks, breaks, distorted components, loose or missing parts, burn marks, floods—will be rejected under warranty.
