1. What is DJI Care Refresh+?
DJI Care Refresh+ is an insurance plan that offers you the opportunity to renew DJI Care Refresh for another year, as well as another opportunity to replace the drone within 12 months . In addition, the warranty period will be extended by at least 12 months. You will receive free repair service in case your product has manufacturing defects. DJI Care Refresh+ is available in the EU, Norway, Switzerland and the UK, which guarantees you a DJI Care Refresh, giving you the opportunity to replace your DJI product within 12 months.
2. How to buy DJI Care Refresh+?
You can purchase DJI Care Refresh+ if:
- You have already purchased DJI Care Refresh.
- DJI Care Refresh has NOT expired.
- You have at least one remaining replacement with DJI Care Refresh.
3. In which countries is DJI Care Refresh+ available?
DJI Care Refresh is available to consumers in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, North America (US and Canada), EU countries, the UK Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Australia. DJI Care Refresh+ may be a little different depending on the country or region.
4. How is the DJI Care Refresh+ coverage period calculated?
- The coverage period of DJI Care Refresh+ provides 12 months of coverage and starts from the time DJI Care Refresh ends. If your product is replaced twice before the DJI Care Refresh expires, the DJI Care Refresh+ insurance plan will not take effect until the DJI Care Refresh expires.
- The coverage period of DJI Care Refresh+ extended warranty service starts from the moment of termination of DJI Care Refresh service and lasts for 12 months until its termination.
5. Can I use the DJI Care Refresh+ replacement service if my product has been replaced twice in DJI Care Refresh, but DJI Care Refresh+ has not yet taken effect?
No. DJI Care Refresh+ can only be used during the coverage period and CANNOT be used before and after the expiration.
6. Can I renew DJI Care Refresh+ after it expires?
No. Currently, each product corresponds to a single purchase of DJI Care Refresh+.
7. Under DJI Care Refresh+ insurance which parts can be replaced - replacement service and extended warranty service?
Replacement Service:
Osmo Pocket (Europe): camera and battery.
Osmo Mobile 3 (Europe): handle, button, stabilization base, mobile device base and battery.
Osmo Action: camera and battery.
Mavic and Spark series: drone, camera, battery and propellers.
Ronin series: The mechanical part of the stabilizer base and handle (with battery).
Phantom 4 Pro, Phantom 4 Advanced and Phantom 3 SE series: drone, camera and propellers.

8. I bought DJI Care Refresh, do I need to connect it to the product?
When you purchase DJI Care Refresh+ separately, you must link the drone serial number to this website.
9. How do I replace my drone with DJI Care Refresh+?
The DJI Care Refresh+ insurance program is linked to the product serial number. Should you wish to replace your product, please contact DJI Support or Repair Services on the official DJI website and select an online repair request (Online Repair Request). If no damage determination is required, you will be given the EXPRESS option and a replacement drone will be sent to you as soon as possible. After EXPRESS is enabled, send the product to a DJI repair center as instructed by DJI Support. We will replace your product serial number with the backup product serial number, which will not affect subsequent services.
10. Is DJI Care Refresh+ covered internationally?
No, currently DJI Care Refresh+ only works within one coverage area. The purchase of the product with DJI Care Refresh+ must be made from the same country or region.
11. Can I purchase DJI Care Refresh+ after the out-of-warranty product is found to have a manufacturing defect and require paid repairs, or can I get a refund for any repair costs after purchasing a DJI Care Refresh+?
No. DJI Care Refresh+ cannot be used if the out-of-warranty product is sent to an official DJI service center and the product is found to have a manufacturing defect before DJI Care Refresh+ takes effect. Fees paid for repair will not be refunded.
12. My drone fell into the water. Will I be able to replace using DJI Care Refresh+?
Damage that occurs after the product comes into contact with water is covered by DJI Care Refresh+.
13. How to purchase DJI Care Refresh+ for Inspire 2, Zenmuse X4S, Zenmuse X5S and Zenmuse X7?
DJI Care Refresh is purchased separately for Inspire 2, Zenmuse X4s, Zenmuse X5S and Zenmuse X7.
14. Will the DJI Care Refresh+ coverage period be recalculated after the drone serial number and gimbal change?
No. The coverage period in the service contract will not be recalculated if serial numbers change.
15. What kind of replacement unit will I receive from the DJI Care Refresh+ replacement service?
When your product is replaced by DJI Care Refresh+, the replacement unit will be either new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability.

Terms of use
Thank you for choosing DJI Care Refresh+. By purchasing DJI Care Refresh+, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. DJI Care Refresh+ was created by SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd. and/or its designated affiliates (hereinafter "we" or "DJI"). To provide long-lasting and more comprehensive protection, DJI Care Refresh+ is now available for customers who have purchased DJI Care Refresh. For product damage caused by user errors or accidents, DJI will offer a replacement service for a small additional fee. In addition, extended warranty service and free repair service will be provided if your product has a manufacturing defect. DJI Care Refresh+ is available in the EU, Norway, Switzerland and the UK and gives you the opportunity to renew your Care Refresh, providing another option to replace your DJI product within 12 months and does NOT provide extended warranty service on these the countries.
*DJI Care Refresh+ must be purchased by you and can only be purchased and activated if it meets the following conditions:
- You have already purchased DJI Care Refresh.
- DJI Care Refresh has NOT expired.
- You have at least one remaining replacement with DJI Care Refresh.
I. Coverage
Extended Warranty Service:
DJI undertakes that repair charges (including materials and labor charges) will be covered by DJI Care Refresh+ if your product has a manufacturing defect within the coverage period.
- If your product fails to perform due to product quality issues during normal use and is sent to an official DJI service center within the coverage period for repairs, the repair fees will be covered by DJI.
- You will pay the repair fees resulting from any damage revealed by DJI Care Refresh+ or other related services you have purchased.
- For Mavic 2, the covered gimbal in DJI Care Refresh+ is only for the gimbal with its serial number attached to the aircraft. If the gimbal was replaced at a DJI official repair center (DJI official repair center referred to in this agreement refers to DJI repair centers, officially recommended repair centers, and authorized repair centers), the coverage listed in the agreement will be automatically updated and the replaced gimbal will be covered by DJI Care Refresh+. Other gimbals removed from the aircraft will not be covered.
Replacement Service:
For an additional fee, a replacement service will be provided for product damage caused by accidents. DJI agrees to provide replacement products for an additional fee under the agreement if accidental damage occurs under normal use to a covered aircraft, gimbal and camera during the coverage period. When your product is replaced by DJI Care Refresh+, you will be sent a replacement unit in new or similar condition in terms of performance and reliability. Replacement units under the Replacement Service may vary by product model.
Osmo Pocket (Europe): camera and battery.
Osmo Mobile 3 (Europe): handle, button, stabilization base, mobile device base and battery.
Osmo Action: camera and battery.
Mavic and Spark series: drone, camera, battery and propellers.
Ronin series: The mechanical part of the stabilizer base and handle (with battery).

The details of the replacement conditions are listed below:
- Damage to aircraft, gimbal or camera due to drop, compression or collision caused by operator error or other accidents will be supported by the replacement service provided the product is sent to DJI for replacement within the coverage period. The replacement service will be provided by the official DJI service center where the DJI Care Refresh+ was purchased.
- If you choose to apply for replacement service under DJI Care Refresh+, your original aircraft must be returned to DJI and a replacement fee will be charged. After replacement, the original product becomes the property of DJI.
- DJI Care Refresh+ and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region. DJI Care Refresh+ only supports aircraft purchased from official or authorized centers and its benefits are only eligible in the region where it was purchased.
- DJI will only cover shipping costs to the country or region where DJI Care Refresh+ was purchased. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for shipping and tax charges incurred by using the cross-regional DJI Care Refresh+. DJI has the right to refuse service in this case.
- For Mavic 2, the covered gimbal in DJI Care Refresh+ is only for the gimbal with its serial number attached to the aircraft. If the gimbal was replaced at an official DJI repair center, the coverage listed in the agreement will be automatically updated and the replaced gimbal will be covered by DJI Care Refresh+. Other gimbals removed from the aircraft will not be covered.
II. Replacement Service Exceptions
The replacement service does NOT cover the following:
- Lost or partially lost aircraft, gimbals or accessories.
- Stolen or abandoned aircraft and accessories.
- Damage caused by flying in unsuitable environments.
- Inspire 2, Phantom 4 Pro and Phantom 4 Advanced and Phantom 3 SE series remote control, battery and modification accessories.
- Intentional damage.
- Physical wear and tear of the shell that does not affect the performance of the product.
- Direct or indirect losses caused by force majeure, war, military action, riots, coup, treason and/or terrorist activities etc.
- Replacement claims for damages incurred outside the coverage period.
- Additional charges resulting from technical or performance improvements.
- Damage resulting from modifications not in accordance with official manual recommendations or from the use of incompatible batteries and charger.
- Damage resulting from the use of third-party accessories, batteries, or software not certified by DJI.
- The DJI Care Refresh replacement service has been terminated as set forth herein.
- Any litigation, arbitration and/or other legal expenses related to DJI Care Refresh+.
- Replacement service is requested outside the area where the product was purchased.
- A gimbal that is repaired or replaced at a non-official repair center.
- A gimbal that is removed from the aircraft and replaced with another at an official DJI repair center.
III. Extended Warranty Service Exclusions
Extended warranty service does NOT cover the following:
- Damage not due to quality issues.
- Damage caused by abnormal use.
- Damage caused by unauthorized actions, such as modification or disassembly.
- Damage caused by installation, use and operation that does not meet the recommendations of the manual.
- Damage to accessories and/or gimbal caused by unauthorized repair.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized circuit redesign or battery and charger incompatibility.
- Damage caused by operations that did not follow the instructions for use.
- Damage resulting from the use of third-party accessories, batteries, or software not certified by DJI.
- Damage resulting from the use of a defective battery.
- Stolen, forgotten, lost or abandoned aircraft and accessories.
- Repair fees for components other than the aircraft's main controller, gimbal and camera, positioning system and propulsion system (excluding propellers).
- Physical wear or damage to the surface of the shell component that did not affect product performance.
- Direct or indirect losses caused by force majeure, war, military action, riots, coup, treason and/or terrorist activities etc.
- Repair requests for damage that has occurred outside of the coverage period or the product is not shipped within 7 calendar days of the required warranty repair service.
- Indirect loss and/or expected profit in any form.
- Additional charges resulting from technical or performance improvements.
- Personal injury and/or loss of property to the customer or other persons caused by the aircraft.
- Any litigation, arbitration and/or other legal fees related to the extended warranty service.
- Any repairs resulting from or after water damage.
- Charges incurred in the repair service will not be refunded before the DJI Care Refresh+ extended warranty service takes effect.
- Extended warranty service is requested outside the area where the product was purchased.
- A gimbal that is repaired or replaced at a non-official repair center.
- A gimbal that is removed from the aircraft and replaced with another at an official DJI repair center.
IV. Replacement service content
- DJI Care Refresh+ provides an opportunity to replace your products. Once you have submitted a decision to replace your aircraft in DJI Care Refresh+, DJI is deemed to have fully performed the Replacement Service. After that, the DJI Care Refresh replacement service will be terminated, but the extended warranty service will be valid within the warranty period.
- When your product has been replaced by DJI Care Refresh+, a replacement unit will be shipped in new or similar condition in terms of performance and reliability.
- Your product is replaced by DJI Care Refresh+, the original product becomes the property of DJI and the replacement unit is your property.
V. Products and parts covered under extended warranty service
Osmo Action: Camera (including lens).
Mavic, Spark, Phantom 4 Pro, Phantom 4 Advanced and Phantom 3 SE series: Main controller, gimbal and camera, positioning system and propulsion system (propellers excluded).
Ronin series: The mechanical part of the stabilizer base
Inspire 2: Main controller, positioning system and propulsion system (excluding propellers).
Zenmuse X4S, Zenmuse X5S and Zenmuse X7: Stabilizer and camera (including lens).
VI. DJI Care Refresh+ coverage period
- DJI Care Refresh+ replacement service coverage period is 12 months and starts from the day DJI Care Refresh expires.
- The coverage period of the extended warranty service starts from the day the original warranty period ends and ends until the end of the DJI Care Refresh+ replacement service.
VII. Replacement process
- If your DJI product is damaged and you are covered by DJI Care Refresh+, please request an "Online Repair Request" or "Express Option" in the Repair Services section on the official DJI website or contact DJI Support.
Send your damaged product (perhaps including the aircraft, gimbal, propellers or battery) to an authorized DJI service center after selecting Online Request Repair or Express.
If you purchase DJI Care Refresh+ for Inspire 2 separately, please send the aircraft and propellers.
If you buy DJI Care Refresh+ for Zenmuse X4S / Zenmuse X5S / Zenmuse X7, please send Zenmuse X4S, Zenmuse X5S or Zenmuse X7 gimbal and camera (including lens).
If you purchase DJI Care Refresh+ for the Phantom 4 Pro, Phantom 4 Advanced and Phantom 3 SE series, send the aircraft, gimbal, camera and propellers.
If you purchase DJI Care Refresh+ for the Mavic and Spark series, send the aircraft, gimbal, camera and propellers. To shorten the logistics time, please do not return the battery if it works well.
If you buy DJI Care Refresh+ for Ronin series, please send the mechanical part and handle (with battery).
If you buy DJI Care Refresh+ for Osmo Action, send the camera. To reduce the logistics time, please do not return the battery if it works well.
If you buy DJI Care Refresh+ for Osmo Pocket (Europe), send the camera.
If you buy DJI Care Refresh+ for Osmo Mobile 3 (Europe), please send the handle, button, gimbal, mobile device base and battery.
If you do not send the required parts, DJI may ask you to resend them or reject the replacement request. - DO NOT return the remote control. You will be asked to bear any charges for the return of the remote control.
- For Mavic 2, if your gimbal is replaced at the official DJI repair center, please send the aircraft and the replaced gimbal back. If a wrong gimbal and/or additional gimbal is returned, the fees will be borne by the customers themselves.
- DJI Care Refresh+ provides up to one replacement for your drone. For each replacement service, DJI Care Refresh+ for Mavic and Spark series only covers one battery replacement. Do not send extra batteries or accessories. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for any shipping and handling charges.
- If your aircraft is damaged and you are covered by the DJI Care Refresh+ replacement service, you will receive a quote for the repair fees. You can choose to pay to repair or replace your aircraft. For replacement services, you are charged extra. After confirmation of payment, DJI will send you the replacement.
- If your product has a manufacturing defect and you are within the extended warranty service coverage of DJI Care Refresh+, the repair costs (including materials and labor costs) will be covered by DJI based on the terms of service. You will pay repair fees resulting from user error. After payment is confirmed, your product will be repaired and sent back to you.
VIII. Terminating DJI Care Refresh+
DJI Care Refresh+ will be terminated without notice in the following cases:
- DJI Care Refresh+ replacement service and extended warranty service have expired.
- Your product has been replaced once in DJI Care Refresh+. After that, the DJI Care Refresh replacement service will be terminated, but the extended warranty service is still valid until the termination date.
DJI Care Refresh+ will be terminated in advance in the following cases:
- The aircraft or gimbal has been repaired at a non-official repair center.
- If you are found to be or have committed fraud on DJI, e.g. you have intentionally broken a DJI product covered by the DJI Care Refresh+ service in order to gain financial interest, the service will be automatically terminated without refund and DJI reserves the right to take legal action against you.
- Under circumstances, as set forth in these Terms of Service or other guidelines, that you are no longer eligible for DJI Care Refresh+.
- You have applied to withdraw from the DJI Care Refresh+ service and been approved by DJI.
IX. Replacement Fee
Replacement Fee: You may pay to purchase the DJI Care Refresh+ service to qualify for subsequent replacement service and within the coverage period, you will need to pay a relatively small fee amount to enjoy the replacement service.
Shipping Fees and Tax: Shipping fees are displayed in the area where you purchased DJI Care Refresh+ and will be covered by DJI. If you are located in a place not covered by DJI Care Refresh+ service, you will have to pay the shipping costs and tax, if applicable.

X. Returning and transferring DJI Care Refresh+
- DJI Care Refresh+ may be withdrawn upon return of the purchased product in accordance with DJI's refund policies.
- DJI Care Refresh+ cannot be withdrawn without returning the product purchased.
- DJI Care Refresh+ cannot be withdrawn once DJI Care Refresh+ is used (including replacement service and extended warranty service).
- DJI Care Refresh+ cannot be transferred after purchase.
XI. Personal information
- Before purchasing DJI Care Refresh+, please read the Privacy Policy and Repair Terms and Conditions on the Internet. By purchasing DJI Care Refresh+, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Privacy Policy and Online Repair Terms and Conditions. You authorize DJI to store, use and process your contact information, including your name, email address, address, telephone number, fax number and identifier (if applicable). You agree and understand that it is necessary for DJI to collect, process and use your data to perform the service in accordance with this policy.
- When using the Replacement Service and returning your product, please ensure that the SD card is not sent back to DJI. DJI will not be responsible for any damage or loss of data or personal information stored or stored on your product.
- You agree to allow DJI to delete any recorded data from the returned product.
