Cancellation

If you have placed your order and it has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it for any reason by submitting a written request to sales@copters.gr.

If you have already paid for your order via credit card or PayPal, your refund will be processed directly to those accounts. If you have paid for your order by other means, your refund will be made by crediting your bank account, which you must specify with your IBAN in your written request. In this case, any transfer fees will be your responsibility. In any case, the refund will be processed within 15 calendar days from your written request.

Replacement

In the rare cases where you receive a confirmed broken or defective product, our company will replace it for you at no cost, provided you submit a written request within 15 calendar days from the date on the sales receipt.

In this case, our company will handle the pickup and return of the product. Then, once the problem is confirmed, our company will replace the specific item for you with a new one within 15 calendar days from the confirmation of the problem. Returns of defective items not handled by our company will not be accepted, and if no problem is found with the product you return, you will be charged for the return shipping.

In very rare cases where a replacement cannot be made due to unavailability or discontinuation of the product, a refund will be issued according to the terms applicable for returns.

Warranty

After 5 calendar days from the date on the sales receipt, you fully accept the quality, quantity, and price of the goods you have received.

For products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, you have the right to return products that present issues for the duration specified by the warranty. In this case, you will be responsible for the cost of return and reshipping, but not for the cost of repair or replacement.
