Dare to fly
The sky is your playground
When you combine Avata with the goggles and motion controller, flight becomes accessible to everyone.[1] Experience the thrill of total immersion with unparalleled safety and control. Embrace your spontaneity and capture the world around you. Some of us were born to fly.
DJI Avata - Where Agility Meets Durability
Compact and lightweight, the DJI Avata is maneuverable in tight spaces. Every aspect of its design was created for you to be bold. The built-in propeller guard means that if the Avata comes into contact with an object, it can bounce back, stay airborne and continue flying.
DJI Goggles 2 - Get in the Pilot's Seat
Enjoy next-level comfort and convenience with DJI Goggles 2. Now smaller, lighter and equipped with Micro-OLED displays so you can enjoy exceptional clarity as you navigate the sky. DJI Avata also supports DJI FPV Goggles V2.[1]
DJI Motion controller[1] - Get a sense of flight
With the DJI Motion controller, intuitive flight is in your hands.[1] Pull the trigger and rotate forward or turn a corner with the twist of your wrist. The controls are easy to use and provide a completely unique way of flying.

155 Super-Wide FOV
Most camera drones offer, at best, an 84 FOV.[7] The DJI Avata kicks things up a notch with its ultra-wide 155 FOV. This expanded FOV is closer to what we see with our eyes, creating stunning, hyper-immersive graphics.
Smooth download
Keep your footage steady as you climb and dive with RockSteady 2.0 and HorizonSteady.[8] These cutting-edge technologies open up a world of cinematic possibilities, reducing camera shake and ensuring smooth video ultra HD.
RockSteady 2.0
RockSteady actively reduces camera shake in real time.
HorizonSteady
HorizonSteady locks your footage to a level horizon for cinematic effects.
Property in the editing room
Dive into a world of color by shooting in D-Cinelike color mode. Make your footage incredible with advanced color grading in post-processing and turn your creation into a masterpiece.
Your tough companion
Portable and ready for adventure
Avata adopts a new innovative design that is built with comfort in mind. It is lighter, compact and easy to carry.
Be bold! Fly away!
DJI Avata is built tough so you can be brave. The durable frame reduces the risk of damage, giving you more peace of mind. The new ducted aerodynamic design optimizes power output, allowing for an impressive flight time of up to 18 minutes.[9]
Soar and explore
Rediscover your surroundings with total freedom and find incredible ways to shoot video. DJI Avata's versatility in various scenarios opens up a world of creative possibilities.
Fly where others cannot
Capture truly unique footage as you fly between branches, under bridges and through corridors, filming in previously inaccessible places.
Turtle Mode
If your Avata falls on its back, activate Turtle Mode with a few simple taps and watch it bounce back into action.
Confidence was born from security
Downward obstacle detection system
In addition to the built-in propeller guard, the Avata features binocular downward vision and ToF infrared detection for even greater safety. These sensors detect obstacles below and allow the Avata to perform low-altitude or indoor flight.[10]
Who said security isn't fun?
Enjoy the less stressful flying experience. The Motion controller's Emergency Brake button allows you to stop immediately with the push of a button. And with RTH support you get extra protection when the battery is low or the signal is lost.
Low Altitude Flight
Experience low-altitude Avata flight and glide safely tantalizingly close to the ground.[11] This, combined with the ultra-wide FOV, creates an exciting, unique perspective.
Stop and hover
Press the Emergency Brake button if you encounter a situation that requires an abrupt stop. Avata will hover in place, reducing the risk of potential accidents.
Transmission you can count on
Avata features DJI's industry-leading O3+ video transmission and 2T2R omnidirectional antennas for unrivaled in-flight stability and responsiveness. Enjoy clear and smooth real-time viewing on your glasses, even in noisy environments.
