DJI RS 3

Ready When You Are

With every detail, the DJI RS 3 offers a flexible and efficient shooting experience for individual creators and independent teams. Lightweight and stylish, it provides professional stabilization and effective control for more creative freedom and endless possibilities. The DJI RS 3 is ready when you are.

It's all about speed

Quick Release Plates

With dual-layer quick release plates, mounting a camera on the RS 3 is quick and convenient, without having to re-balance the gimbal after replacing a new battery or memory card.
A new tilt adjustment knob added to the tilt axis allows the camera slide forward or backward with millimeter precision to more easily achieve precise balancing when changing lenses.

Automated Axis Locks

The RS 3 lets you start working right away. When the gimbal is off, press and hold the power button and all three axes unlock, while the gimbal automatically extends, allowing you to start working within seconds. Press the power button once and the axes automatically lock and go into sleep mode, making transportation and travel significantly more efficient. Long press the power button to automatically fold and lock.

Wireless Shutter Control

With the Bluetooth Dual-Mode app, the RS 3 supports wireless shutter control,[1] saving time and effort with every use. After the initial Bluetooth pairing, you can control video capture and photos by simply pressing the record button on the stabilizer. Previously paired cameras can automatically reconnect after first use, eliminating the need for a camera control cable.

Professional stabilization

Excellent weight to payload ratio

Weighing just 1.3kg (including gimbal, battery grip and quick release plates), the RS 3 can be easily held in one hand, with a load capacity of 3kg, more than enough to support mass cameras, including Sony A7S3 or Canon R5 with 24-70mm F2.8 lens.

3rd Generation RS Stabilization Algorithm

Thanks to a next-generation RS stabilization algorithm, the RS 3 provides improved stability in any scenario.

Laboratory data shows that the RS 3 provides a 20% increase in stability over the RSC 2, effortlessly handling low-angle shots, running scenarios or switching between high and low positions.

Beyond smoothness

When you need even smoother results, turn on SuperSmooth. ="agoMJf:PFBcW;usxOmf:aWLT7;jhKsnd:P7O7bd,F8DmGf;Q4AGo:Gm7gYd,qAKMYb;uFUCPb:pvnm0e,pfE8Hb,PFBcW;f56efd:dJXsye;EnoYf:KNzws,ZJsZZ,zch EXc; Ytrrj:JJDvdc;tNR8yc:GeFvjb;oFN6Ye:hij5Wb;bmeZHc:iURhpf;Oxj3Xe:qAKMYb,yaf12d" jsname="txFAF" data-language-for-alternatives="el" data-language-to-translate-into="en " data-phrase-index="1" data-number-of-phrases="2" jscontroller="Zl5N8" jsdata="uqLsIf;_;$1340" jsmodel="SsMkhd">RS 3 will increase motor torque to further improve stabilization, delivering stable video even in fast-moving scenarios or when using 100mm-equivalent focal lenses.

Direct control

1.8" OLED touch screen

Compared to the RSC 2's black and white screen, the RS 3 is equipped with a 1.8" OLED color touchscreen with an 80% larger display. It also supports most Ronin app settings, providing intuitive and precise control along with the redesigned user interface.

Direct mode switching

By simply dragging the new gimbal mode switch, you can switch between Pan follow, Pan and Tilt follow and FPV modes. The FPV mode option is also customizable to 3D Roll 360, Portrait or Custom, allowing you to customize your gear and get started quickly.

Customizable front dialer

Rotating the front dial allows you to control zoom or focus. It can also be adjusted to control the camera's shutter, aperture, ISO[2] or gimbal movements, making it extremely convenient for one-handed operation. copters.gr

Efficient video transmission

Watch via smartphone

The RS 3 supports the Ronin Image Transmission Transmitter (formerly known as the DJI Ronin RavenEye Image Transmission System) [3] to transmit 1080p/30fps HD live streams directly to a mobile device. The maximum transmission distance is 200 meters [4] and the end-to-end transmission delay is as low as 60ms. [4] A smartphone can also be connected to the NATO port on the RS 3 with the phone base for wireless monitoring.

Complete monitoring and control

Remotely adjust camera exposure directly in the Ronin app[2] or control the gimbal with the virtual joystick for a complete tracking and control experience.

His power mobile

With the Ronin Image Transmitter, a smartphone can be used as a motion controller to remotely control the RS 3 gimbal for more flexible and dynamic camera movements.

A battery built for professionals

Quick Release Design

The new RS 3 battery grip features a quick-release design, making it easier to change batteries and smaller to store compared to the RSC 2. It can even be charged independently of the gimbal.

12 hours operating time + fast charging

The new battery grip provides extended runtime of up to 12 hours, [5] enough to handle continuous shooting throughout the day. It supports PD 18W fast charging with a charging time of just 2.5 hours. It can even be used while charging to keep the RS 3 powered up almost indefinitely.

Accessories

New briefcase handle[6]

The redesigned briefcase handle is foldable for convenient storage and comes with a new ergonomic handle for easier and faster setup and transition to briefcase mode. The built-in cold shoe mount and 1/4"-20 mounting screw can be attached to external monitors for shooting assistance, making low-angle camera movements more manageable.

Brand New Focus Engine[6]

The next-generation (2022) DJI RS focus motor provides three times stronger torque (up to 1 Nm) and 50% less audible noise. This provides a smoother focusing experience and reduces the effect on audio recording. It also adopts a quick-release structure, allowing it to be easily assembled without tools for faster use.

Vertical camera stand[3]

Install the vertical camera mount to attach the camera vertically to the RS 3, avoiding the camera ports, allowing easy portrait shooting at different angles for high-quality social media content. copters.gr
