48MP photos

HDR photos
Mavic Air 2 takes aerial performance to a new level with a new 1/2-inch sensor powered by Quad Bayer technology. The advanced image sensor can recognize different levels of exposure in a single frame. Images from the Mavic Air 2's new camera are then layered to create a stunning optimized HDR image with an impressive level of detail.

SmartPhoto

SmartPhoto is a completely new feature for Mavic Air 2 that combines HDR imaging, scene recognition and Hyperlight into a smart algorithm that produces sharp images with minimal effort. Hyperlight is an intelligent low-light mode that combines multiple shots to produce a final image with optimized exposure and reduced noise levels. Just select the Hyperlapse mode, specify the shooting location, and the DJI Fly app will do the rest. The entire shot was created by the drone, so you don't have to waste time with complex post-processing. It's as easy as pressing a few buttons and you can get amazing videos.
